They don't allow grills, plants, or anything in the little patch of grass in front of each apartment. Ridiculous for the price.

Overpriced. Property managers and maintenance are entirely incompetent. We have been dealing with the same issue in our bathroom for over FOUR years that they refuse to resolve correctly. Instead, they temporarily "fix" the issue, which in turn causes new issues.

Hi I never do this but I thought it was needed. My mother is an elderly 68 yrs old woman she has lived here for 3 years , she has dealt with a cold apartment all winter last year never complained, she went a few days with no heat never complained. I help pay my mother's bills and she doesn't like anything late so we set up everything on automatic payments especially being elderly and living in the pandemic she doesn't like going into banks or buildings to pay bills. Our rent is set up on Auto pay. I logged onto the site on January 4 it appeared as payment was paid. Apparently they sent out emails

I think the ones who rated this place low were the problems. Love it here. Pricier than the rest, but you get what you pay for. Grounds are kept well. Pool is well maintained. Fitness area is small but efficient for your needs. Staff is awesome. Maintenance is there in a second if needed. Very quiet place. You pay for quality!

I have lived here for 4 years, the first 3 was wonderful. However over the past year service is horrible. Right now I have a bathroom sink that they can't seem to install a stopper in. Been going on for a month now. So pretty much what I plan to do is hire a plumber and deduct the cost from the rent.

Nice housing only problem is a creepy man who always would walk by my window and look inside

Lived there from March 2018 to March 2019 in 15E. I will yes everything was great and I loved the quietness. Yes the price is somewhat high but you do get honestly a nice safe area with no unnecessary traffic and no riff raff. Plenty of parking and light to see at night. It only went somewhat downhill when they found out the I will be moving out. They kinda gave me a run around on certain things and didn’t care when it came to getting my money back. They kept 100 for the carpet clean up which in all honestly they will probably just replace the carpet anyway. So when you leave they want you to

Great place to live, well worth the price. Management is on it. Any problems in thee apartment, they handle it quickly. The staff is very friendly. Property is always maintained clean and sharp. Going on 2 year's here and my family and I love it here. All rooms are very spacious and great closet space. My kid's love that there's a pool, and spend almost everyday there during summer break, pool is well maintained. Neighbors are friendly, and never all in your business.
I recommend anyone looking for some where quit and clean to live Cumberland Green is that place.
