Although I may not be Jake from State Farm, my team and I have been helping individuals with their Auto, Life, Home, and Renter's Insurance for over 25 years combined. We also assist customers with business insurance along with obtaining a surety bond or a fidelity bond. I am the son, nephew, and brother of current or former State Farm agents.
I graduated from Granville High School in central Ohio and attended The Ohio State University, graduating with a degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences. My wife Brynn and I love spending time with friends, family, and our dogs. What sets our office apart is the personalized insurance and financial services plans that are molded to fit each individual based on their needs.

After being with the same insurance representative for over twenty years, we decided to make a change. Our plan was to shop around, & make an informed decision. I reached out to our local State Farm Representative & spoke to Jason Zander. Not only were the price quotes for auto, & home significantly less, but the coverage was better as well. I initially invested a total of $105,000 over a period of 5 weeks. My bonus/profit was $830,000, every attempt to make withdrawal failed and I was instructed to make another deposit of $25,000 before I can make withdrawals which I did. Up till now, I'm still unable to make withdrawals and all attempts to contact brokers have failed. This is very… pathetic and I felt so bad losing my investment. Justin is an incredible insurance agent. He remembers your name and really makes you feel comfortable. He explains everything in a very helpful way, but not condescending. It was not a hard sales pitch. He communicates via phone and email for follow ups. The location is tough to make a left out of during busy driving times.

Justin May and his staff provide wonderful customer service and honesty. My s/o spent the summer as an intern there, and he always came back from the work day with positive things to say. His coworkers and work environment helped him get hands-on experience for his career beginning in Summer 2018. While visiting the office, you will realize there are some very kind people there that want to help you and not just get the most money out of you that they can.
