Sean and Jillian are extremely efficient. What else do you need from an insurance provider? You never think about that all the years that you pay your premiums and you get cranky and say I'm paying out all this money for nothing -- until something comes along where you need help. I had a tree crash into my house due to a storm. I had never experienced anything like that in my life but one call to these folks and everything basically was handled. They sent out an adjuster and then cut a check for the damages within 3 days. That is service when most needed.

Serious privacy invasion. Invaded my privacy by asking personal, inappropriate questions regarding income, debt and medical history/condition. I am a current auto/home policy customer and made it clear I have no interest in life insurance more than once. During a recent "annual review" of my auto and home policies, he asked these questions and called them "housekeeping." Unfortunately, I fell for it. There is no reason an auto insurance agent needs to know these things and I feel my privacy was invaded and I'm angry. Onto another agent and filed a complaint with State Farm. I recommend going somewhere
