Access Counseling
What I do: Counsel, Support and Teach individuals and families to use tools like (Empathy, Love, Positive Thinking and God's Word) to create success. Why: The biggest reason, I believe that God loves us and wants us to be our best selves always! I love to see others blossom and grow!. How: Not by myself!

Unfortunately, I don't have a Magic Wand or Fairy Dust, it'll take a team effort (see 'What' above). One of the very first steps include a commitment that simply says, "I'm willing to do what it takes to help my child/family achieve" and from the child a desire to change. With that commitment WE:. Recommend (Additional Programs and Services as needed-psychological, medical, nutritional, etc.).
Services
My standard fee for an office appointment is comparable to other professionals in the area. Coaching or therapy is an investment into you, your child or your organization. It is my goal and you should expect that working together with me will make a positive difference in the lives of you and your children, and help you achieve your goals.
Getting help for Anxiety, Depression or any other mental health challenge is one of the first steps toward managing a stressful lifestyle and improving relationships at home, school and in the workplace. Often time's individuals may think that medication (alone) is enough to solve the problem. Unfortunately, some even resort to alcohol or illegal drug use.
Are you a DOT employee with an alcohol or drug testing violation, you are required to see a DOT qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). The Department of Transportation (DOT) regulation - 49 CFR Part 40 - defines the Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) as a person who evaluates employees who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol regulation and makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare.
