Services
Many people in Naperville have the idea that chiropractic care is just a great way to treat back and neck pain. While it's true that chiropractic is far better than medical care for such problems, our job at Frank Bendiks, DC, PC is to help you improve you overall health and wellness. Every function of your body is controlled by your central nervous system, and this function can be disrupted by misaligments in your spine.
If you've been in a car crash, you know how painful and disruptive the resulting injuries can be. Millions of people are hurt in automobile collisions each year, and some people suffer for decades with chronic pain even after a "minor" collision. Frank Bendiks, DC, PC, your Naperville, IL chiropractor, has helped countless people recover from injuries suffered during a crash, and helped prevent the development of long-term symptoms.
An entire whiplash injury occurs in about 1/10th of a second - the length of an eye blink. But in that time, the human head can experience forces greater than that of jet fighter pilots. Watch our videos in the playlist below, or browse our articles to learn more about whiplash and methods of treatment.
Neck pain is a common pain symptom experienced by most of us. Most neck pain begins with some kind of trauma, but sometimes the origin is difficult to identify. With all neck pain-no matter what the cause-the pain itself tells us that there is some kind of problem in the functioning of the different parts of the spine.
Medical doctors often recommend surgery for work injuries like back pain and carpal tunnel syndrome. For many people though, taking time off work to recover from surgery isn't an option. What's more, many patients who do undergo surgery for back pain and carpal tunnel require revision surgery when their symptoms return a few years down the line.

Dr. Bendiks is a patient and knowledgeable doctor. His hands are gentle and he always make me feel comfortable in his office. My insurance does not cover chiropractic treatment so he worked with me on cost and made treatment more affordable. I thank him for his services and I can honestly say that my back does feel much better since the first visit to his office.

I look forward to my appointments with Dr Bendicks. I always feel much better and relaxed after my visits. He has helped me with neck problems, headaches, back issues, and leg issues. I walk out of his office feeling great, pain free, and ready to tackle my day. If you are looking for a chiropractor, I highly recommend Dr. Bendicks.

I went in with a sore neck from gardening that seemed to have gotten pulled or spasmed. The receptionist was friendly as well as the doctor. He took his time to find out what exactly the problem was and taught me exercises to help my neck. He adjusted it without much pain and put me on 2 different really cool machines that were both therapeutic and relaxing. One was a roller machine that went up and down your neck and back. The other machine had water in it and went up and down your body. Don't worry...you don't get wet at all. It's all inside the machine. It greatly helped tense muscles to relax

I had a good experience with Dr. Frank Bendiks. It's been years since I have been to his office. When I went, Dr. Bendiks was always ready for me and I didn't have to wait in the waiting room long at all. He was always professional, friendly, and helpful. Plus, his office always smelled so good! I would recommend him if you are experiencing any back issues.

The doctor and the receptionist in the actual office were nice enough, and I really don't know how many people leave treatment with better results- but overall my experience of the place was negative.
Regarding the actual treatment: it didn't help. I went for multiple visits a week for two months, and improved, at the most (if at all), %15. If I remember correctly, he claimed to have a 90% success rate. It's possible I'm part of the 10%. All I know is that it didn't help.
My bigger gripe has to do with the billing. It wasn't made clear to me how much I&apos
