Dr. Brent Paulus received his undergraduate degree with honors from the Ohio State University. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from OSU as well. He completed an orthodontic residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, where he received an MSD postgraduate specialty degree in orthodontics.

I love Dr. Kay and Dr. Paulus' office. We are always well taken care of and are always well-informed during treatments. Whenever I have questions after hours, I always get a prompt reply and never feel as if I had inconvenienced them. We always are greeted with smiles from the front desk staff. We have been going to Dr. Kay and Paulus for more than a year now and couldn't be happier.

We had our first visit at Kay and Paulus Ortho recently and overall it was really great. When you walk in, the front desk is very welcoming and personable. There was a friendly staff member who worked with us throughout the whole appointment, walked us thru each part of the visit and answered our questions. Dr. Paulus reviewed with us the upcoming procedure and answered our questions as well. My son felt very comfortable during his entire visit. The wait time was reasonable and my son's favorite part was the ice cream. 🍦😀

I have four daughters that have all had or are currently in braces. Over eight years ago Dr. Kay was recommended to us as the best orthodontist in the area. I now know that to be true - I’ve seen and heard of other doctors’ work and there really is no comparison to Kay & Paulus. One set & known price with no hidden fees, great customer service, convenient locations, & high quality results was more than enough reasons for me to trust them with all four of my girls. An easy 5 star rating that comes with my highest personal recommendation:)

Very nice facility and staff! They explained everything so well, and was very detailed about it. This office was referred to us by our regular dentist and I wasn't looking forward to the drive there for every visit. But the drive is so worth Dr. Kay & Courtney were great! Looking forward to working with Dr. Kay to get my child’s teeth on the right track!

My daughter just got her braces off yesterday. This has been a 5 year process for her with 2 different phases. The staff and doctors at Kay & Paulus Orthodontics are amazing!!!! You truly feel a part of their family once you are a patient there. The offices are spotless and the staff is so very accommodating and kind.

The doctors and staff at Kay and Paulus are wonderful. All three of my sons are patients and couldn't be treated better by everyone they meet in the office. I actually use a different Orthodontics office but my orthodontics were closed for a full week when my daughter lost the key for her expander, I called their office to explain my weird situation and they ladies at the front desk were very Helpful and told me it wasn't a problem to stop by and pick one up. When I stopped by the front desk staff had one waiting for me. So friendly and helpful! Thank you so much!!
