The measurements, fit and manufacturing of eyeglasses are critical to your vision and comfort. We are, therefore, proud to offer the services of our optician who a is board certified and licensed dispensing New Jersey optician who has decades of experience. The optician will be sure that you are measured and fit correctly and that you are satisfied.
We are pleased that you have chosen Hade Eye Care, LLC for your eye care. As a new patient, we need some basic information about you. It is our goal to make your visit as pleasant and convenient as possible. If you have insurance, you will be asked to provide a copy of your current card. Please be sure to bring your current insurance card with you, and arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
You'll be pleased to find the highest quality contact lens fitting for your best possible vision and comfort. More contact lens choices than ever are available! We fit one-day disposable contacts, two week, monthly and toric (astigmatism) disposable contacts depending on your needs and your contact prescription.
We perform routine eye exams that include refraction to determine your prescription for glasses and/or contact lenses. Your examination will also include an examination of your eyes to determine the overall health of the eyes. Many insurance plans cover routine eye exams but not all do. Sometimes insurance plans will cover the examination of the eyes but not the refraction part of the exam.

Dr Hade was great. unfortunately for me, what I thought was a minor case of pink eye or irritation was something far more invasive and problematic. The medicine required is very expensive and not stocked at most pharmacies. Dr. Hade took the time to call around till we could locate a tube of the medicine while I was still in the exam room. Very impressed and pleased with my visit

How do I start this ok here we go. I haven't worn glasses in some 20 plus years. I do get my eyes checked quite often. Wife and I moved to Rockaway and still went to see Dr. Fienstein in Newark. Dr. Fienstein is an awesome Doc so Dr. Hade has some big shoes to fill.
I fill out the paperwork while at home to cut down the time before the exam. I stop into the office greeted by the nice professional and kind staff. I actually became very at ease while I was waiting. Nate you come follow me into the exam room. The Woman I wish I got her name took pics of my eyes for Doc. She always did the pre exam

After the passing of previous ophthalmologist of over 30 years we were referred to Dr Hade. What a blessing. Dr Hade is as thorough as you can get and is a perfectionist. His caring and understanding is exceeded only by his knowledge and experience. I recently had cataract surgery and was apprehensive - it could not have gone any better from preparation to follow up. My eyes are very important--I feel good about the service I've received over the years.
Intake nurse (Carolyn?) is extremely effective and courteous and Dr. Hade beyond knowledgeable and competent while also professional and friendly. Receptionist was also personable and efficient. It's worth a try.

Rita, Carolyn and Dr Hade provided Outstanding Care during my visit yesterday. Actually, it began prior to the visit when Rita returned my phone call and scheduled my first visit. Rita demonstrated such empathy and concern as I described my condition. Carolyn and Dr Hade were very thorough and took their time to listen and attend to my needs. I truly felt blessed to finally have someone show tenderness and empathy. So often, healthcare professionals can be totally desensitized regarding their patients.....but not in this case. I have always had a pleasant experience at Hade Eye Care. Dr. Hade is extremely thorough with his examinations and the staff is very caring and attentive. Rita, the receptionist, always responds in a prompt manner. I had several questions which she addressed right away and even initiated a phone call to ease my mind. They definitely care about their practice and their patients!! I would highly recommend Hade Eye Care!!
