We are OPEN once AGAIN! To ensure the welfare of our employees and patients, we have made many changes. We are decreasing the number of patients that we see per day to ensure physical distancing. We have installed protective equipment throughout our office, both in Dr Wasserstein's exam room as well as in the front.
We are cleaning all surfaces with 80% alcohol on a very regular basis. We have installed EIGHT air purifiers which can kill airborne viruses. We are changing our hours of operation for Thursdays. We are now open from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM. We carry a large inventory of frames. In total, we have well over 1500 frames to choose from.

Services
If your condition requires the care of a specialist, you will be referred the the appropriate ophthalmologist. We are also available for urgent care visits and we are accepting new patients for all plans. We offer high-index lenses, which are extremely thin and lightweight. Impact-resistant polycarbonate lenses are also available to our patients, and we use these exclusively for our pediatric patients.

Livingston Eyecare is the very reason one should use a neighborhood eye care office rather than a big corporate name that promises cheap prices. The entire staff, not to mention the doctor himself, are courteous, helpful, and so accommodating. They are efficiently on-time, and when a staff member is helping you, they provide you with their undivided attention. I have been going to this practice since it opened many years ago. Dr. Wasserstein is an excellent optometrist. He is always professional and he is wonderful with his patients. With his knowledge he has improved my vision through the use of glasses more than any optometrist I have ever been to before. He keeps up to date with all of the new technology that is used today to create the best vision correction for those like me who have astigmatism which with eyesight like mine is very hard to bring to near perfect. Excellent services. Got a pair of progressive glasses from them and it is great. Had a different pair from another place but they can’t get the lenses right. Livingston Family Eyecare have a machine that measures the progressive placement on the lenses, believe or not... it is so so important. I will go nowhere else to get my glasses.

I was in the market for a new eye doctor, as I have had some subpar experiences and was frustrated. I found this optomistrist office over a year ago, and have to say one of the BEST changes I have made as a long time eyeglass wearer. Dr. Wasserstein is very thorough with the eye exam, friendly and his staff is helpful and friendly as well. Everyone at this place has been excellent. We have been going to do our yearly check up and renewing prescription glasses for 5 years and in between visits to adjust the spectacles. They are extremely pleasant, professional and friendly. The doctor is wonderful and extremely good at what he does. It is truly a family eye care!

This eyecare center is the BEST _-- Dr. Wasserstein and his staff are very knowledgeable and they are just AWESOME-- I have been going there for at least 5 years of more, started going there when it was SparePair. I told one of my co-worker about the eyecare center, and now her and her son go there. I am very pleased with the services!!!
