I called in after seeing a fb ad for some tires; I made an appointment to get a leveling kit and the new tires Installed.. the day after I got everything installed,I went to get my front end aligned and they showed me where the people at OSO had not even put back on my tie rod bolt, and didn't even hand tighten the nut and bolt to my shock..it was just dangling there...this is incredibly dangerous and I'm very lucky that I didn't lose my entire front wheel.. OSO put me and my family in danger.. I called and sent pictures to my salesman and didn't get an apology or any type of offer to remedy the

Messaged them about some rims and tires ( that I have no knowledge of that sort), and the messages me right back offering help with figuring out what size rims and profile of tire I’m wanting. If a business does that and fast, than they really care about their customers and trying to find and deliver on exactly what they want. Although I’m just shopping around atm 10/10 would recommend giving the guys a call or FB message.
