I did have this business as 5 stars, right after my massage. I have lowered it due to the fact that I called to schedule another massage, and probably a 3rd before i'm due, but no one called me back. I talked to a man that said Gretchen would call me back, but she never did. I then sent an email through their website, with no reply.
It is terrible business practice, and guarantees no returning customers. Too bad, since the massage itself was excellent.

Bad customer service to start with, terrible scheduling, awful cancellation policies, and I did not get the massage that I was looking for. She just rolled my neck from side to side for 30 minutes of the hour massage then she jammed her fingers into my stomach muscles and then lifted my legs in the air and told me I was done 4 minutes early. I was there because I get really bad tension headaches In my shoulders and I actually left in more pain than I started with.

I've received several massages from GRE and it is top notch. The people there are professional, very accommodating and know how to give a great massage. Kylie was amazing! From the moment I walked in it was a relaxing experience. She was very thorough with my intake form, asking about medical conditions and what pressure and focus would be the best. My new client 90 minute massage was relaxing and beneficial! I still feel wonderful today. I can't wait to return!
