ZERO RATING! WE ARE STRANDED! Just this week we had Mr. Keyman cut a new key for the Club that goes on my husband's truck. Today we loaded our bikes on our truck to go ride the bike trail on Camp Pendleton. We put the Club on the steering wheel before heading down the bike trail. We've just returned to the truck, inserted the new key into the Club, and it won't open! Why? Because the teenager that cut the key only cut one side of the key!!! And Mr. Keyman closed at 3:00. I had 2 key fobs with blank blades for a Chrysler Town and Country that I needed programmed and cut. After talking to the dealer in Escondido, who wanted $150 and didn't guarantee that they'd do it right, but you still need to pay $150, I figured I'd go where everyone else goes. I called Mr. Keyman and talked to John. I told him what I needed and he let his team know that I was on my way. As soon as I got there, Matt knew who I was and what I was there for. One associate started cutting the keys right away, while the other went out to start programming the fobs. I paid way less than

My key no longer unlocked my front door. I could turn it at all. Mr Keyman came out after I sent photos of the deadbolt and door handle. He looked up the company who made my system and came prepared. He was able to repair the mechanism and I did not have to replace my whole fancy front door knob and lock! It works great now. And while he was here he ground out the inside where the bolt goes into the frame. It works better than it ever did!

John got back to me quickly and since we contacted him before 5:30, he was willing to come out to where I was after their closing hours to help out. I had lost my car key and it was my only copy! He was able to quickly create a new copy with programmed buttons as well as a regular key without buttons. I'm so grateful for his quick and quality service.
