Timely, professional and quick! I work in the Carlsbad area and saw one of their trucks back in December 2020. Snapped a pic, then called that night. Eric was absolutely brilliant in fixing the 3-point locking mechanism on our Andersen door. We had called another locksmith who came out, took one look at it, and said "I'm not your guy." Eric owns this same lock on his home and knew how to handle it with no problem. Even cut us a couple of copies of a key we needed while he worked up our bill. He came in under the quoted price, as parts were not as bad as originally feared. In and out in under an hour and our door works like brand new. Recommend highly.

I had an awesome experience with Eric from Lock Experts! I locked myself out of my apartment at 5pm on a Friday, gave the listed phone number a call, and reached him immediately. He took my information and was at my home in 15mins. I showed him my ID to prove it was my house, then he got to work. He had my lock open in 30 seconds! Impressive work. I payed him via Venmo, quick, safe, and secure. He wore a mask and was quick, kind, and professional! A great experience.

We came home to discover our Schlage "smart lock" was not working. ( battery fail) We found Eric on yelp and gave him a call. He came right over and we were in our home in a New York second ! Eric is so nice, of course I had to ask- he has three young kids and raising them in Carlsbad. Support local.

Service was great, they called back immediately and the service was quick. I called for my mother who had left her keys stuck in her car and they drive to her and were able to open her car back up.
