Working wit WNC Wash Pros was extremely easy and enjoyable. From working on a quote that covered our specific needs for our new metal roof that had a patch of algae and gutter cleaning filled with a ton of pine needles, to having the two amazing and informative workers complete the job in a positive and professional manner it has been a pleasure. The most enjoyable experience we have ever had! At 8:30 am Monday morning 2 men arrived at my house wearing Santa hats and jackets playing Christmas music for all to hear and began stringing lights on my house! What a wonderful crew! They put them up and take them down in January and store them for us! I highly recommend!

I scheduled an exterior house and gutter cleaning. The entire process was a breeze! A few days before the cleaning I received a reminder about the cleaning. This was great as we all need a little reminder now and then.
The day of the cleaning (today) I received a call from Wes, one of the technicians. He informed me that that was an opportunity to start earlier than scheduled, and wanted to know if they could start work early. Even better news!
A few hours later the house looks AMAZING! Wes and Jason did an amazing job!
I would recommend WNC Wash Pros to ANYONE wanting safe, professional, reliable

I initially wrote a good review. They were professional, nice and the house looked good at first glance... Then the plants around my house started to die.
They basically spray a harsh chemical on your home then rinse it off.
No actually washing.
I also noticed some woodwork became HEAVILY bleached and antique hardware that rusted horribly.
They assured no problems and since it was raining I didn't worry. Unfortunately the chemical soaks into the soil and plants die from the ground up, especially sensitive ones or where the runoff collects.
Also annoyed by constant reminders to leave a review

If you value your landscaping and plants, I strongly advise you give these people a miss. I am an enthusiastic organic gardener, and I wanted to be sure that the solution used to "soft wash" the moss off our roof would not harm any of the plants I have. I was assured over and over again that the process would not harm my garden and that they had never harmed anyone's plants. I will let the pictures of plants that were healthy before they sprayed them speak to the truth of their statements. It is simply a lie that they will not harm your garden, and now they refuse to take responsibility

The company did a good job cleaning our SOME of our gutters. They arrived on time and were friendly. However, they did not clean up or remove the gutter debris as promised on the quote.
After receiving what I now realize was a auto-generated email from the company asking how their service was, I responded letting the owner know that one of our side gutters was missed and how the debris was left in the yard. I like many others in Western North Carolina, saw the ads for WNC Wash Pros on YouTube. At first I was suspicious, and then I was intrigued and read up on reviews and found them to be legit. Their staff and crew took care of my concerns and showed up, on time, and for the price agreed. (Roof+Deck) The roof was nearly black, and it is unknown how many years since last replacement. That said, it now looks very clean and bright, with the flecks of grit on the shingles now glinting in the sunlight. It came out much better than we had hoped. Absolutely outstanding! I am truly overjoyed. Evan and Evan were extremely professional, informative, efficient, respectful, and hard-working. They arrived in a company truck with logos and with all required equipment. They were wearing company jerseys and neck gaiters / face masks. Evan and Evan answered all of the questions I had about what to expect, and they took great care to protect exterior speakers, screens, light fixtures, cedar shakes, and other delicate items.
