These guys came out yesterday and soft-washed our vinyl siding. It's a two-story house and the sides of the house, of course, go up very high. They did a great job removing all of the funk that was growing on the house on the north side. The other sides had a fair amount of dirt buildup as well, and everything is spiffy clean now. Thank you!

Kospa Clean pressure washed our gutters, front porch, stone front yard. They went WAY beyond what we expected. The 3 man crew worked diligently and professionally. The difference is quite amazing. I would recommend Michael and his crew without reservation. Great work !

My house looks just like the before/after photos you see in all the ads. Michael & his staff were extremely professional and friendly. They cleaned the mold/algae from my roof and the north side of the house. I found them to be competitively priced. When I called, they came right out to quote the work & set up the schedule. If you're getting ready for spring, or are selling your home, call Michael at Kospa. I highly recommend the quality of his service and the fair and reasonable prices he offers. 100% satisfaction! The white trim and gutters on our house look fresh and clean with the winter washed away. He worked efficiently and quickly. I will definitely be using him in the future.
