All three times that I have ordered flower arrangements from here they have been delivered on time and have looked exactly like they did on the website! Great job Berkeley Flowers! I will never use another florist in Bluffton/Hilton Head. This week I ordered the Country Christmas arrangement to send to my boyfriend's grandmother in the hospital. She absolutely loves them and tells me that everyone that comes in her room notices the arrangement and says that it is the most beautiful arrangement that they have seen anyone get in the hospital!

Andrea and her staff provided my bouquet as well as my attendants’ bouquets for our wedding two weeks ago. We had a succulent theme and the florist constructed the bouquet in such a way that it was easily taken apart so we could replant the succulents to keep as a beautiful reminder of our wedding. They also did an amazing job on the flower crown I wore. We will never use another florist. Highly recommend. Professional, personal and punctual.

First time ever using this Berkeley Flowers and the only word I can say is fantastic. I order on Saturday, flowers for her 75th birthday on Monday. 9am they were delivered and the flowers turned out better than I expected. My mother loved the flowers so much that she was calling her friends over to the house just to show them off, these guys do great work.

I called Berkeley Flowers on a Saturday morning for an arrangement to be sent. I explained what I wanted it to look like and my price range. They were extremely attentive and courteous. It was delivered the same day! The arrangement was over and above what I expected in beauty and presentation. I mistakenly gave the wrong phone number for the recipient, and they followed up with a TEXT that they were delivered and the number was wrong. My entire experience was superb. Great local florist shop. Their arrangements use the biggest brightest flowers available. If you need/want something specific, just call ahead. They will work with you on budget and size to make it perfect.
Additionally, if you need something quick, stop by for one of their pre-made arrangements. Chances are you will find something surprising and beautiful.

Placed an order over the phone, received receipt via email instantly. Free delivery with arrangement over $60 I think that's pretty fair! Just waiting on photo of the arrangement I bought since I gave the florist creative freedom on the arrangement with just a couple guidelines. They made the process very easy!

Berkeley Flowers and gifts did the corsages and boutonierres for our wedding on Hilton head island in October. Their staff were always a pleasure to work with and cheerfully accommodated the many many adjustments I made to the order leading up to the wedding. They delivered them same day to the wedding venue and they were beautiful. The ladies corsages were a big bunch of mini spray roses with filler buds ($30 each), and the men's bouts ($10 each) were a huge single rose with filler buds. They were really large, and made a beautiful statement! Very happy!

What a beautiful arrangement! I had first ordered from 1-800 Flowers who decided to tell me after charging my credit card the full amount that they didn't have a florist in the area of delivery I needed so I googled florists and what a lucky find Berkeley Flowers was for me! Sent flowers to friends on HHI - was referred by locals. Called and ordered flowers and they were able to be delivered the same day. Because I was from out of town I asked if they could send me a picture so I knew what I bought. They texted me a picture which looked great then they emailed me letting me know the flowers were delivered.

I went to this shop to get flowers for my wife after 2 flower shops had failed to deliver flowers to her while she was at work at the hospital. The owner, Stephen, made the arrangement while I waited. And allowed me to choose the vase. He put together a beautiful tulip arrangement with extra flowers and unique greenery. I explained how much trouble I had been having getting flowers delivered to her. He gave me his card and said he had been thinking of expanding to Savannah and he would be happy to deliver the next flowers to my wife personally. My wife was so happy with her arrangement. I ordered flowers that were to be ready on Saturday by 10:30, when I got there around noon they were not ready and they were out of some of the flowers they needed for my arrangement. I would not use this vendor. I ordered an arrangement which cost over $100 - it was an interesting fall arrangement with unique items. What was delivered was 6 red roses in a vase with a fall bow. Not at all what I had picked out. When I contacted their customer service I got a canned response offering a coupon on a future order. I did some investigating after that (should have done before) and there are numerous consumers who have filed complaints with the BBB - and this company then lies to the BBB saying it refunded their money. The exact same thing that happened to me in the exact order from Clint B's post. I was charged for $60 Mother's Day flowers to be delivered Saturday. Delivery never happened. Emailed Sunday. Called Monday. Was told I would be called back and never was. This business is atrocious. I sincerely hope they close and everyone there is unemployed forever until they apologize to my mother.

I have used them many times and they always come thru !!! Even on short notice, I ordered some flowers around 10am and they were delivered by 2pm and were beautiful. I did notice the other review from Sophia R. in Clearwater, FL and wonder how she can blame them when they seem to have done the proper thing and sent her order as requested to a shop in Florida for delivery to her house. How can they be blamed for someone else's flowers in another state. Regardless Rose makes beautiful arrangements and I highly recommend Berkeley Flowers and Gifts :)

Berkeley Flowers in Bluffton, SC apparently does not believe in or appreciate "customer service". I called them from Florida to order flowers for Mother's Day. A gentleman named James hurridly took my order. Didn't even ask for "my name" on the credit card. I should have just said never mind and moved on to another florist.
