The flowers delivered to our grandmother were pretty and have lasted through 6 days so far. Would have given 5 stars but (a) website said they were open Sundays and so I ordered as I missed ordering early and was out of the country (they need to post holidays when they are out on their website) and (b) they need to email a confirmation of delivery (none was sent). Other than that, good experience with actual flowers and delivery.

Flowers were ordered online for Valentine's day- two weeks in advance. There were supposed to be balloons and candy with the flowers. When flowers are delivered they were in horrible or shape, one or two were already dead and the rest died in two days. They were delivered in dirty water and taped in a very ugly way to the vase. No balloons or candy were delivered. When called the florist said they will redeliver and never did. They refunded $30 dollars out of the over a $100 paid. The online service reached out to the florist again and they refused to deliver again. Horrible service and one

What was ordered and what was delivered are greatly different. When I called to find out what was going on I was told when we ordered on line they only get so much of that money and we had gotten flowers to match the money they received. So 4 roses 4 carnations and 3 white lily type flowers and a bunch of greenery and filler are 50 something dollars worth of flowers??? Your substitution excuse is not feasible. When the bouquet ordered had a full round vase full of 12 roses and carnations all red with lite amount of filler. Its a shame I am not able to post the pictures with this review. Its

I always try to keep my money in our local city and county of Effingham, but that failed today. I have tried using the florist before 9years ago and I received the same reaction I received 28mins ago. I walked into the store, two ladies were talking behind the register about business matters. They both looked at me but never acknowledged me. As a business owner I always greet every person no matter if I am in a conversation, or busy, or what have you. My wife received flowers from this florist recently for her birthday. However their delivery was disorganized and unprofessional. On the day of her birthday, my wife received a call stating she had flowers and when could they be delivered. Because this was in the middle of the work day, my wife told the florist she wouldn't be home until the late afternoon. They then said that "wouldn't work for them".
