This living facility is awful and it full of thieves. After contracting Covid-19 my brother was kept in an induced coma. Lakewest was still getting paid rent, but the workers there helped themselves to his belongings. They took his debt card, personal papers, computer tablet with personal information, some of his clothes, and his electric skillet. Don't trust the people who work here they will steal your belongings. Just a bunch of liars and thieves preying on elderly and disable.

This is a nasty roach infested place, terrible food, lazy and nonchalant workers, and strong odor and smell. My mom nor I knew this place was ran by the dallas housing authority because we were not familiar with the area. This is the projects of assisted living. Do not bring your love ones here. Poor quality and unliveable place for elderly and disabled. If my mom and I had of known our experience would be like this she would not be there. I will be taking her out of there asap. Do not believe the positive reviews. My mom can do better than this.
