They will do nothing for you. Unprofessional and rude people everywhere in this business, Kristen especially! They are just here for your money and nothing else. No help either through covid and job lost.
UPDATE: my window has been broken since I moved in still isn’t fixed. Try emailing for them to bring rent down due to my dog no longer being with me on top of them just increasing it by 150 dollar for nothing. If you can go somewhere else I would highly recommend it full heartily as this was my first apartment ever and my experience is terrible.

This is long, but please read.
I lived at 324 maple #23 for the worst year I’ve ever had renting. Shortly after moving in I discovered the a/c didn’t work. The maintenance manager admitted that they knew it didn’t work but apparently wasn’t going to replace it until I said something. One of two windows were missing a screen that never got replaced. 1/3 of the outlets in the unit were so loose that nothing could be plugged in. The hot water heater went out and took a week to replace. Then the stove shorted out and blew the electric to the whole apartment for nearly 12 hours. #23 is a garden

Advantage Property Management is one of the worst companies to rent from. However, you are often left with little choice because this is the main rental company in town. The staff including Shelly, Saya and Miya are very rude, extremely unprofessional and will talk over a tenant when conversing over the phone or in person. The company takes your rental money however is extremely slow and unresponsive when any problems or concerns arise. It could take anywhere from a week to months and there is always some sort of excuse like “an emergency” (although I have found that this isn’t always the

Rude and unprofessional staff, unhelpful when things break and inconveniences occur. It takes 3 or more times for service repair to actually fix the problem (hot water heater, air conditioning, caved in and leaking ceiling). Will not get security deposit back if you break your lease due to ongoing problems and inconveniences. Don’t waste your time, find another place to rent.

My wife and I had a great experience from start to finish, anytime we had a problem it was taken care of very promptly. I had great communication always and Shelly was my goto for any questions, concerns, and problems. She was always very helpful, polite, and just a delight to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have been here now for 5 years and just love the place. The Management here are very nice, they get things done that you need done. Last year our heater went out and they had it fixed in a matter of hours and it was on a weekend. God love this place. I know we do. Its a nice and quiet place to live, We are in Coal City. They have made the outside of the place look so much better because they keep up with the outside maintenance, Nice little bushes and new Rock put in makes the place look so so nice. I would definitely tell people to come live here, its a nice place and we like it here.

Do yourself a favor, and do not live here! I can only speak for the apartments, but this place is overpriced and dirty. The parking lots are littered with garbage, and the amenities are non existent. It's so loud because of the location off of Interstate 80 that we couldn't watch a movie without shutting the windows. We lived in the apartments in Morris for three years while we saved up for a house. I can't tell you why we stayed this long, but when we FINALLY moved out we got screwed!!! The company charged us $900 to replace a 200 sq. foot area of outdated linoleum because we left a mark on it
