GARBAGE RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK
I sold so fast from Willow Shores in Aurora. Because of Andrea Wood's lies,incompetence, and way way more. She gave herself 5 stars just scroll down pathetic. Devalued my property mfers. Shes collecting money doing nothing but lying dragging feet not ever responding. Training people to lie and steal Crooks. I don't think they have a license to run as management company should be revoked if so. Rip offs liars lazy thieves

Whenever you call with a legitimate problem, they always say "we know about the problem and will be bringing it to the board"... But then nothing ever happens.
The water in my building is BROWN! This is NOT something the "board" should have to vote on to be fixed. This should be taken care of and the issue should be taken seriously. You pay $250+ a month for the HOA fee, but they do absolutely nothing with that money that benefits the property. Ridiculous.

APM is the property management company responsible for Woodland Lakes in North Aurora, IL. APM is unresponsive to complaints, and does not contract maintenance businesses that do a good job. While association fees have increased, maintenance services (lawn and snow removal services) standards have decreased. APM has allowed the exterior of homes to disarray - common areas, siding, and roofing.

I'm a home owner and I spoke with Diane numerous times who has been very rude and even engaged in other conversations at the same time while I was on the phone with her. She has never once returned a phone call and has ignored my emails and even hung up on me twice on 5/22/2015 when I requested to speak to the manager Sue. Hung up at 4:14pm after telling me Sue was on another line. Hung up on me again at 4:16pm and then told me Sue had left for the day. I explained her rude behavior would not be tolerated and would be addressed and she said I was rude and hung up. I have been trying to get something
