This review is long overdue! I have been going to Divya for years and have referred many friends /family to her because she is wonderful and has great customer service skills. I use her primarily for Laser hair removal and eyebrow threading . The office is always tidy and she follows covid protocols. She had always been kind, respectful and compassionate towards me and just for that alone I recommend her to everyone. The laser hair removal worked tremendously well for me and I will be using her for touch ups in the near future. Laser hair removal can be uncomfortable for some people but her technique

It took some time to get an appointment but you will get a call back, usually the next day. I had bought a package last year and the service credits never expire. I had a derma planing treatment. The esthetician was friendly and made sure to heat the room before our session since it was frigid outside. There was spa music playing but no spa lighting or aromatherapy. As a follow up, she guided me on which treatment would be best for my skin type going forward. Good value & clean.

So I've been coming for a while. I like the laser hair removal results and it looks like I will continue coming for now but I haven't had the best experience with nicole lately. I believe that's her name, the girl with long curly blond hair.
The last time I came I was about 2 mins late and she kept saying I want to make sure you can get what you came here for in a hectic and anxious tone. And then during session while I'm getting my Brazilian done she says "yes you are definitely more sensitive than the average person coming here"

I had my IPL treatment, my tech was very nice but she didn't give me eye goggles and she didn't wear protective glasses . I'm worried one day someone will walk out with eye damage ( damage to eye retina and blindness ). If the area around the nose or on the nose needs a treatment the handpiece is to big , she can't keep laser flat on the skin . Place is nice , tech is nice .

Finally I found a place where I can trust the aesthetician to pamper me and fix my skin issues. I always ask for Divya to get my facials. The products they use are all natural and organic. You can see the instant glow after the session. I highly recommend Yuva to anyone who is looking for a good place to rejuvenate their skin.

These people are racist. I don't recommend and don't know how they actually have a business working with the public. I lived in Rockland for a long time and have never been treated the way they treated me. I'm disgusted by this place. If I could give them a zero I would. They should be put out of business.

I have been going to Yuva the past two years and am so happy I have found this gem in Rockland County. In years past I have been trekking into NYC to get this quality of service. The staff is AMAZING!!! From the moment Krissy buzzes you in at the front with her bubbly personality to the end of my treatments with Suzanne, it is truly a relaxing enjoyable treat for yourself. I am constantly traveling for work and have never had any issue with rescheduling. This is the ONLY place I have ever been to where if you show up 15 minutes late it is not a problem and the staff will go out of their way to

The best laser hair removal! I had went to another spa and paid a ridiculous amount of money for 8 sessions of laser that did not work at all. Then I found a groupon for Yuva Laser & Skin Care and figured I would try it again, best decision ever. Worked great in both areas, and I did not need to go back for a touch up for over 2 years! Not only does it work great, it doesn't hurt because of the ice roller that they use, as well as the ice on the machine. If you're looking to get laser done, this is the place to go!

Came here for face laser. I had 6 sessions and there is no difference. I told them that there has been no difference and they told me to buy another package. Does not work at all, very poor service. Also they said they would be sending a discount code for a friend and even though i asked for it multiple times they did not send it

Have been coming to this place for a few years now. DIVA is the best of the best. I have had multiple treatments of laser hair. Works like a charm. This is the second spot I've come to for laser hair because the first spot was a total scam. They are helpful and have great deals. I will continue to come back for many more treatments.

LOVE this place! Fantastic customer service. The ladies are as nice and as friendly as it gets! Excellent skin care knowledge providing you with the best possible treatments. But for me, the best part is how friendly and welcoming and inviting the ladies are. I felt right at home and didn't want to leave even after my treatment was done. I will definitely return here again and again!!

Buyer beware. Do not do laser hair removal here if you have skin of color. The first test spot was fine, the last two have given me a wicked burn I had to take Percocet for. Still waiting for my refund. The worse part was that I knew better before doing it and still did it anyway! Be better than me!

I work at a dental office and I believe that same day cancellations from our patients are inconsiderate of our time. What baffled me is this place made a same day cancellation on me, the client, the customer. Which is extremely inconsiderate of my time. I wish they would have tried to reschedule my appointment within a 24hr notice.

I found a great deal at Yuva through Groupon and decided to take the plunge and try laser hair removal.
The space is small but relaxing and very clean with new equipment. The staff are friendly and very professional. I was a little nervous but they explained everything to me and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!
Looking forward to my next visit and will definitely explore other services!
