Kim is as knowledgeable (if not moreso) as any dermatologist I have used. The salon is clean and neat. Kim explains everything thoroughly, from her observation of your skin, to the product(s) she thinks will work for you. Her expertise is a nice change from other facials I have experienced. A nice change.
