The Window/Wall Noise Attenuation "E" Designation is related to exterior noise impacts on building occupants. The OER typically requires maximum interior noise levels ranging from 30 dBA to 45 dBA with windows closed and an alternate means of ventilation. The required interior noise level is obtained by mitigating exterior noise with specialized windows with high OITC ratings.

This places is racist. Worked here and it is terrible. The guy Mark is a terrible worker, he seats down all day watching his stupid baseball game on his tablet. Many great workers has left this company. I left this company too and found a better job. I would say Mark is racist based on how he treated my co-worker.....won't go into detail...lots of drama here and lots of things going on here. They don't take their project serious. Don't trust them. Only person I feel bad for is Phil. Great guy and the only hard worker in this building. Don't know how the Brooklyn workers are but based on the Hauppauge
