Be careful! Even though Dr Detterline was very nice his office staff can't be trusted. Even after instructing his office staff that I had full custody of my daughter they still insisted on supplying my ex with any information she requested. They even went so far as to assist my abusive ex with filing an insurance claim regarding the dental work, which prevented me from filing a claim! Not to mention the fact that the contract was solely in my name. Be very careful, his office staff can't be trusted!

Consultation is excellent, all friendly smiles. after hours, and weekends services not so much. my son was feeling uncomfortable with a wire pockin inside of his mouth and my wife was told to use a piece of sugarless gum. I'd strongly recommend potential patients to do research with former clients. we have another child that has been seeing a different orthodontist because of the lack of prompt attention from detterline. matter of fact we're paying a thousand dollars less for better service.

Dr Detterline and his staff are very kind and professional. We moved from out of state leaving a fantastic orthodontist and needed to transfer my daughter's care. After conversations on the phone and a consultation in person with another provider it was turning out to be more difficult than we expected. During our consultation with Dr Detterline he looked at my daughter while talking the majority of the time and made sure every single question or concern was addressed. This is a big deal to me. Even though I'm the one paying for her braces, this is her mouth and she needs to feel like her fears
