Today went to Muller Honda went to get the Honda Pilot. Dave greeted us as we came inside even though he wasnt my official salesperson I thought our experience started off real good. The paperwork was smooth a different experience than your other dealership. Full explanation regarding details of the vehicle and features. Finally, the final part was with Finance and real smooth and easy. It was quick easy to the point and I really appreciate it. Great Experience. Thanks Dave. Will recommend more people here.

By far the fastest experience buying a car you'll ever have. Walked in to reserve a car I inquired about that was being manufactured. Working with Gracie, I was able to put down a deposit and walk out the door in <15 minutes! Three weeks later when I went to pick up the car, I spent <20 minutes with Eric in the finance office! That's unheard of! Whatever company gives out awards for dealerships should create an award for "Dealer that Values Customer's Time the Most" and hand it to this dealer.

Got my Honda today and Gracie was the salesperson. She handled everything smoothly and with full patience. The best part of the sale is everything done through messages. My application was delayed more than the normal processing time, but Gracie ensured everything went smoothly. I had a great experience at the dealership. Many months ago i had a bad experience here and ended up getting quite upset when i came to pick up my vehicle. looking back i'm sure the whole situation had something to do with covid/being understaffed/etc. and ultimately i forgot about this ordeal and just recently scheduled an oil change which i just had today.
i would like to mention alan personally who checked me in and communicated with me today. he was so kind and actually remembered me from the prior situation. he asked me about it and then when i received my paperwork he had taken off the charge for the oil change because he said

Our Saleswoman Gracie - was very accommodating. From timely updates to their available inventory, down to being the best liaison working with the Sales Manager to build an attractive quote. Best part is, Gracie and Team were very accommodating and handled communication via phone call and even TEXT! This is what it means to leverage technology in the 21st Century. Did not have to walk in until to finalize paperwork; which in today’s pandemic driven world - is a blessing! Very Transparent dealership. And overall a great experience.

What a great place to buy a car. Our sales person Danny Kim was unbelievable. At no point did we feel pressured to buy or have the typical pushy dealership experience. Danny was upfront, honest and very knowledgeable. Muller Honda has a family atmosphere clearly evident from the warmth of the staff. Brian (Business Mgr) and Don were also a pleasure to deal with and the hospitality felt real.
We leased a Honda Passport and will certainly go back to Danny and his team for our next vehicle.

Daniel Kim helped us with the purchase of a Honda today. He was very personable and went above and beyond from a customer service standpoint. He even noticed a chip in the windshield on the car we purchased and is going to have it taken care of on his day off! We didn’t even notice it! He also took the time to connect my phone. The General Sales Manager, Andrew, also was very appreciative and no hassle through the process. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from them. My significant other had the whole process done over the phone. It was a free commission for the salesman. He had no customer service. Wore sunglasses the entire time. Our deal was done with a promise of a part repair and our refunded money for the hold on the vehicle . Which he did neither....I had to call with no word from the salesman. I ended up contacting the manager to get my refund and the part ordered. Then they wanted to charge me for the part. Its been nothing but a run around when they did no work at all in this sale/purchase. Really

I got an appointment when I wanted. They service my vehicle and ordered the parts I need. I am waiting for them to call so that I can get done what needs to be done.
I was extremely disappointed, however, with the lack of personal responsibility exhibited by several employees, particularly in the cashiers's office. Not one of the people in the office wore masks. I also saw several employees within the showroom who were either maskless or were not wearing masks correctly.
To the credit of the workers who greeted me in the service area, they all wore masks and wore them properly.

The vast majority of employees were not wearing masks. No social distancing between employees. Complete ignorance for COVID safety. Really rude, maskless secretary taking my service payment. They have been reported to the county for violating the safety guidelines. Never EVER going back, even after safety precautions are no longer needed. No matter how good the service can be, the mere fact that a business can be this careless about COVID safety is reason enough to go elsewhere.

Satisfied with Muller Honda. I've had my 2018 certified preowned car for 4 months and I was just told by a local tire company in Libertyville that I needed new tires by winter. My CRV has only 26,000 miles on it. I barely drive 1 mile to and from work every day. I even took it to the Libertyville Honda and they recommended that I get my tires changed out by winter. When I took my car in Jason in service at Mullet measured it and said I still had 40% tire left. Spoke with Terry in sales and he said at the time Of purchase, they did meet the qualifications of a certified preowned.

While I appreciate that the gentleman who was helping me was talking to me and not my male friend and looked at me when answering my questions was great because I am a female and I've had bad experiences with other salesmen ignoring me.
However the used cars are overpriced and you're better off getting a brand new Honda. The man helping me also seemed to get frustrated with us and the manager was no help either. You want people to buy your cars but you're not working with them right?
The search for a new car continues and this place will not be getting my business.
