This place has the nicest staff! They made an incredibly stressful situation easy! Not to mention they were professional and sincerely cared about my situation. They kept me updated, offered advice, and did extra little task that help me. I had a bent key that didn't work well and they fixed it. They cleaned my car spotless! And they left a cute little coffee mug! This place is great!

My car was completely destroyed. My insurance company was taking forever to got get it towed. I contacted them. I asked my insurance company if they could pay them to get it. They agreed and 15mins later they were there to grab it. They walked me through the whole process as I had never been through it before. I felt confident with them having my car. They are truly amazing.

I was involved in an accident where I wasn't at fault. I looked around at a couple body shop places and the Chevy dealership on Joliet Road suggested Fullers and I am so glad they did!! Scott and Tom were very friendly and knew what they were talking about. They explained everything to me and the reasoning behind it (which was great because I know nothing about cars). My car had a lot of damage and when I got it back it looked just as new as when I drove it off the car lot. I would HIGHLY recommend Fullers if you're looking for an honest company with great results.
