For maintenance requests (non emergencies) when our office is closed please leave a message on the answering machine. The messages are checked first thing every morning by our maintenance staff. For an afterhours maintenance emergency call our office and choose option 9. You will be directed to a call center who will take your information and the nature of your emergency.
Our lease agreement requires a 30 day written notice of intention to vacate to be eligible for a refund of the security deposit. We must receive you notice at least 30 days prior to you vacating the unit to be eligible for a security deposit refund. If you cannot or have not given full 30 days notice to vacate you will still need to follow all move out instructions so you do not incur additional charges to your account.

They will contact the on-call maintenance staff member, and we will try to resolve the problem as soon as we can. Flood - busted water lines, standing water, fast flowing water (Not a small drip or slow leak).
