House 2 Rent specializes in Residential rentals of the single family or multi-family properties. There is no minimum number of properties required to become a client. We work with two types of landlords. There are investors that are intentional about their rental properties and have a business.

A: No, each owner determines if they will accept Section 8. The HUD Section 8 vouchers are issued to guarantee a percentage of the tenants rent and insure that low income tenants have a safe place to live by completing annual inspections on the property. You are in control of your property and make the final decision when approving your tenant.

I called in search of a 3 bedroom home. I feel the statements made during the call was very prejudice. I spoke with a women, She assumed I couldn’t afford, the application, house or have the credit score to rent the home. When I asked for the application, she stated “I don’t think that’s a good ideal” …
