Acupuncture activates the blood, fluids, nerves and energy along the channels, which traverses the cover the entire body. When these structures are activated the body's balance is restored thereby reducing INFLAMMATION, increasing CIRCULATION and alleviating PAIN. Research shows stimulating effects on the central nervous system triggering the release of chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord, and brain.
After receiving a Bachelor's of Science degree Amanda worked in the corporate world. She later enjoyed being a stay at home mom to her three children. In the spring of 2004 she had unrelenting allergies, tried acupuncture and Chinese herbs. After two treatments her allergies stopped and a love affair with Oriental medicine blossomed that continues to inspire her to this day.
What I value most about being treated by Amanda is the shear volume of thought that she puts into my over all health care and understanding. I've been going to Harmony acupuncture for more than 3 months. At first I was uncertain about the needles but it's much better than a shot in the doctors office.
