I think they need a new chef. This is what my mother is brought 3 times a day.
She is on a “liquid diet”. There’s sooooo many options yet they resort to blending up everything into mush. WOULD YOU EAT THIS?!? Let’s talk options… meal replacement shakes, yogurt, pudding, vegetable/fruit shake, soups, bananas, avocado and even baby foods.
They get 5 stars for cleanliness and care but this food is not ok…

While the Terraces is not the newest or fanciest facility we found it to be well kept and most importantly clean. After all, the building does not define the care, the people do. My mom had the occasion to spend 10+ days at the Terraces and was treated kindly and with the utmost respect. Despite being primarily bedridden, she was always kept clean and dry regardless of what it took to keep her so. The staff from Natasha in Admissions to Melissa and Carol ( unit nurse managers), multiple RN’s and CNA’s and even the maintenance folks were caring and willing to help at all times. For this we are

My mother has been a resident at Terraces of Lake Worth since 2014, she has dementia. The staff is genuinely interested in her and her care. Prior to COVID there was a full activities schedule, including live entertainment which we all loved to attend. I hope they can bring back all the activities and monthly socials and hair dresser soon. This skilled nursing facility is relatively small, the staff know all the residents and their families and greet us warmly whenever we visit. There is a Care Plan meeting every 90 days and I attend; each service provides a report on my mother (medical, dietary

The people n the place deserve a 20star they r the best my mom has been there 4 years now , I have not seen a sore on her skin she’s always clean n happy the place is always smelling fresh n clean, the director Tim n Linda to name a few go beyond the call of being nice the nurses n the aides r the best even the cleaning people r polite n friendly. I thank god every day that he lead me to this beautiful n precious place. May they get many many blessings always. All I can say keep up the great work. I have the pleasure of working with an Amazing group of professionals at the Terraces of Lakeworth. When you enter the facility it is clean, sanitary and inviting. The staff is friendly and curtious and go above and beyond for the residents. You or your loved ones will be professionally cared for. Most of the staff have been with the facility for many years and are very experienced and reliable. I would highly recommend this facility to my friends and relatives.

My mother was at the Terraces for 1 1/2 years and the staff was amazing. They were diligent in calling me for anything and everything about mom which kept me in the loop especially during COVID-19.
My mother recently passed away and the staff was wonderful in allowing us to see her before she passed.
I would definitely recommend this facility for your loved one.

As a marketing representative I am so blessed to be able to offer families the opportunity to send their loved ones to our community. Our staff longevity and facility cleanliness provide a safe and caring environment for healing.
The facade might be dated but the internal happenings are what you should expect from a nursing facility and did I mention that the food served is 5* !!! Truly a Lake Worth “hidden gem”.

As the Administrator of the Terraces of Lake Worth I couldn’t be prouder of the staff. Between the Pandemic, the tragic passing of one of our nurses only to have our Director of Nursing pass away 5 days later, the staff stood strong!!! Terraces Strong!!!!!! Through all of these events, the number one priority was and always will be the residents. The pride and commitment that the staff show only a daily basis is absolutely amazing. I’m humbled and blessed to be apart of such an excellent facility.
