I love it at Mountain View apt
It’s so quiet here and I just love the people around me they are quite and don’t mind to seem when my baby throws her fits.
Thank y’all so much for everything if something goes wrong IT gets fixed as soon as u let the office know... Moved here about 6 months ago and me and my husband love it here

So, the things that can be improved on. Honest Business tactics - We lived there for about 7 months before we decided to break our lease we decided to buy our own property as I am a young person and need to invest in my future. The way the owner responded during that process was to go against leasing agreements and charge us for the cancellation… fee for breaking our lease upfront before we moved out before knowing what the total was before our actual leave. During our home buying process, they required rental history and during their checks the owner sent our loan officer a nasty gram that

Great apartments! These are really the nicest and cleanest apartments in the area. The staff is great and easily accessible by phone or text. Maintenance is really quick and well done. I also love that I can set up automatic rent payments and maintenance requests online. My dog loves the pet play area. I highly recommend Mountain View if you're looking for a new place.

We are loving our home here!! This is the most friendly and quiet little apartment complex I've ever seen! It's beautiful and spacious inside and out! My one and a half year old and I love walking around the complex during the day. There is so much open space and a little kid park. Maintence here is quick and on top of everything! If you ever have a concern, you're just a simple text or call away from a great solution. I love it here!

These are the best apartments in Anniston. I've been here for about a year and just renewed for another year. I've looked at most of the other apartments and rental houses around and nothing is as nice as Mountain View. The staff is really nice and keeps everything clean. Maintenance is quick to show up and does a great job.

Really nice apartments and staff. These are more expensive apartments but you definitely get your money's worth. The apartments look brand new. Everything is always clean and well maintained. You can tell the manager and maintenance really care about the renters. I love the get togethers the do so you can get to know your neighbors. Oh and the dog park added this year is great! We really needed it!

Mountain View is truly the most awesome place to live! I had planned to stay for one year then I was moving on. I just signed my 3rd year contract! I don’t want to leave!! Everything is so well kept and The staff is so friendly! Resident appreciation week is great! I was telling my coworker about it this morning and she has lived all over and she… has never heard of any apartment complex doing this!!! Not to mention the great playground for the children, the new dog park and our salt water pool with pavilion area for grilling! I highly recommend Mountain View

We have been here almost two months and love it here. The office staff is very courteous and helpful. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to a problem. The grounds are kept very clean, and the pool is always clean. The apartment was very clean when we moved in. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

We downsized from 2100 sq ft to apartment. Good decision. This is the best apartments around. Nice friendly complex. Maintenance issues solved very fast, no questions asked. Office staff & maintenance guy are so friendly they make you feel like best friends. We just signed another year lease. I am able to fix up infront of my apartment like I could my house. We plan on stay here until the Good Lord takes us home. Come join us, you will not be disappointed.

I have lived here almost 2 year's, and wound NOT live anywhere else, plenty of room on the inside, your own washer & dryer hook up. The view here is amazing, I feel like i'm out in the country, because it's so quiet but close to everything....that I love!
The staff is great!....your completely safe here, they do run a background check, so you know you don't live next door to a Child Molester, or Dope head. Plenty of parking that is a plus!...........great pool, Lawn care, and maintenance....what more can you ask for?
