My son and I just refinanced a family cottage. Kris McWilliams did an outstanding job of finding a low interest rate. We went from 5.0% to 2.75%! His presentation of cost savings over 5, 10, 15 years was very impressive. ALL costs involved were transparent and closing costs were less than anticipated. He was quick to respond to any questions that arose. We submitted an application during last week of December and closed on January 14. Getting to meet his English Bull Dog Daisy was frosting on the cake! (She loves people!) Pretty amazing!

We used Kris to purchase our home. It was my second house purchase and I won't ever use a bank/credit union again. Kris was phenomenal and very knowledgeable.
