VISION: To maximize the environmental value of property and find solutions to complex environmental business challenges for developers. Verde Environmental Co is an environmental consulting company that works with landowners to monetize high priority conservation properties across Florida.

Verde delivers competitive returns to its landowners through the use of new regulations that reward landowners for the restoration and protection of critical natural resources like wetlands, streams, and endangered species.Justin Fleischman is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer for Verde.
The process of flagging and mapping a wetland line is commonly referred to as wetland delineation. This is the most common job that we do for landowners (or potential landowners) to help them understand the value of their property. Impacting wetlands with development can be expensive and obtaining the necessary permits is very time consuming.
Invasive Exotic Plant Species can completely take over an ecosystem. Not only do they displace the native vegetation, but also the native fauna that utilize it. In addition to being bad for the environment, the monoculture that often develops is unsightly and impenetrable. Often it obstructs views of waterways and can make land unusable.
Florida is host to many invasive species due to it's semi tropical climate and its multicultural community. The most problematic species are thoroughly established and here to stay. Complete eradication is no longer possible unless new biological means are developed. However, controlling invasive plant species does not have to be difficult if they are identified early and treated.
Most people don't realize that their ponds require maintenance just as their pools would. Over time, debris, nutrients, or invasive/nuisance species can overtake a system and lead to an ugly, under productive water. Others ponds have problems from the onset due to suspended particulates or water chemistry.
