I was fortunate enough to be raised by my grandparents. Through them I was inspired to give seniors the best care and provide them with a place to call home. That's why every piece of Civitas has parents and grandparents in mind.

We have the privilege of serving some of the most extraordinary residents at Civitas Senior Living. Residents filled with passion, wisdom, history, dedication, and an abundance of dreams ready to come true. Once a quarter at each community we take the time to celebrate these amazing residents and their lives while creating wonderful new memories with them and their loved ones.
You're not just another number at Civitas. Here, you're a part of something bigger: a passionate community working together toward the greater good. In fact, the idea of community is so essential to Civitas culture that it's in our name. Civitas is the Latin word for "community." That's why we've set out as a company to transform not just senior living as a service, but also as a workplace.
When we say there's passion in everything we do, we mean it. While anyone can build a facility, we build homes. Our communities feature upscale, designer environments full of handpicked details that reflect the warmth and love found within. Our residents also enjoy access to resort-style amenities and delicious, chef-prepared food served in a beautiful, restaurant-style atmosphere.
Leadership is more than just a position or title. It's action and example. At Civitas Senior Living, our servant leaders do more than provide goals and direction for our actions. They show us how it's done because they understand that passion starts at the top and cascades down to every member of our team.

Try calling, they don't answer and you can't leave a message. They don't answer at corporate or in the memory care unit where my mother lives. My mother is a resident in Ariel Pointe Memory Care owned by Civitas Senior Living. We have been waiting for a landline to be installed for almost 2 yrs. The only way I can call and talk to my mother is to call the main number that then uses a walkie-talking to try to get an aide to answer. If they are lucky enough to have an aide answer the walkie-talkie, the aide then has to use their personal cell phone to call me back. This rarely works because they

We were super happy and excited with all the promises provided us by Stonecreek, but quickly saw things for our mother were not being done. My sisters and I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and gave them time to improve, but in the end there were cracks, most likely due to the leadership at Stonecreek. No one was enforcing expectations, so cleanliness was shoddy. Our mom was a level 3 care, but staff didn't do very much extra to accommodate that. She was left alone in her room most of the time. We did move her out of there after 5 weeks ( in fairness because our mother was so unhappy), and I

The Hamptons in Tyler itself is fine. However, the billing team leaves much to be desired. Since placing a relative here, we have experienced regular billing errors and/or just plain non-sensical billing practices.
In short, the billing system and accounting is atrocious. When they misallocate (or misplace) payment, they immediately assume the resident and/or responsible party is a dead-beat. The never assume anyone on their team has misplaced the payment - which has happened twice in the last year.

North Richland Hills, Tx StoneCreek Senior Living is not the place to work. This facility hasn’t been open a year yet but it’s reaching it’s one year mark soon. There has been to many employers who have come and gone. It’s so much hostility and favoritism within the facility. It is unacceptable to have med techs sitting in directors office every day all day. You have people stealing money and jewelry from residents in AL unit. The med counts are always off over in AL; there is know communication and everyone wants to be the favorite in charge. You have one specific med tech Jenna that is

I’m very upset on how my interview went. For the most part you don not approach someone without introducing yourself. The start of the conversation should have not started off with “We’re a sister company and did you walk out on your job”. Getting the wrong information from other people, the new AWD that came from StoneCreek was the one who told them I walked out on my job. That was not even her place to do something like that. Then gone tell me to wait for a minute while they go call Michael to see if I’m a rehire or not; they should of done that from the start, instead of listening

So disappointed in Civitas Senior Living as a company. I have read and reread their mission statements trying to understand how they could be so negligent at Longcreek Assisted Living and Memory Care in Sunnyvale, Texas. I have tried multiple times to reach out to their corporate office and no one has ever responded. The high turnover of management and staff has created an environment of “Oh I’m sorry, I’m new and I’ll fix it.” So far, no one from the location has kept their promise and no one from corporate has reached out to see what the heck I might be talking about. I’m talking

Civitas Senior Living has failed our family in the care of our loved one. Their management of the Longcreek Assisted Living facility in Sunnyvale has been negligent, putting the residents' lives at stake. There have been issues from letting medications go unfilled for days/weeks, over medicating, zero overnight staff on multiple occasions, no staff available to discuss a care plan when we came back from major surgery, not fulfilling current care plans such as shower schedules. The communication between management and the families is terrible. Lots of empty promises. There is no peace of mind for

My mother in law was in one of your facilities. Poor management begins at the top. In the three months my mother in law was in the facility, there were three different administrators. No notice to residents or families when change in leadership was made. My mother in law was injured and the facility looked outside of the facility for how it happened and not within itself. Needless to say, we are moving her. Promises made by the facility and not kept. So bad!

My mother in law was in the Nacogdoches Assisted Living Center, she was very well taken care of and I appreciate the care she received while in The Arbors. Great staff and great memory care unit. Her room was always clean, the staff was gentle with her and helped in every way possible to make things right for our family and with memory care that is difficult to maintain. Mary Jo and her staff do an amazing job here in East Texas.
