Many years before, she made a promise to her grandmother that when she was no longer able to live in her own home, she would find another "at home" solution. Hallo am Robert and my mom is here at lighthouse i had Mrs Jacky is no longer works there this breaks my heart she is one of the best employees and a managers in that place am now worried about my mom i guess i will have moved to a another facility why did you let her go, she was one of the best i guess this place will go down minus her she was a God sent now am really worried and i know many others are like me please do something or bring her back i really don’t want to move my mom to another facility because i was confident with Mrs Jacky, Becky do something will call you later today yours

I just gave them a phone call to see if they were looking for caregivers or med tecks I asked the young lady how was she doing this morning she sat on the phone for about 3 seconds clearly was not in a good mood to say wonderful how are you this morning she proceeded to say may I help you very rude and professional did not even bother to ask for employment I would not work for any a company and they answer the phone in that manner

Our loved one has been at Lighthouse of Care for about a year and a half now, and I honestly don't know what we would do without the amazing care she receives from the staff at Lighthouse. They truly are like a family, giving each resident specific, individualized attention. Having a nurse as the owner gives us great peace of mind as medical concerns arise. Capable. Competent. Caring. Happy to go above and beyond. So grateful for this place.
