Services
Spend time where the mountains seem timeless, surrounded by many views that have changed little in hundreds of years, and you'll gain a different perspective. Here in Mt. Washington Valley, as we approach a changing world, we are reminded about the importance of the natural beauty around us. The Scenic Inn is located just around the corner from the Conway & Swift River Covered Bridges.
First time here and John was so great from the get go that I know this is going to be a great stay. Room is clean and welcoming and I'm looking forward to a greet weekend. Enjoyed watching the sunset from the big bay window. Incredibly comfortable beds, spacious room, mini fridge, flat screen t.v., deck outside with rocking chair-what more could you ask!? Very helpful staff to point you in the direction of great food!
Highway 112, or the Kanc, runs from Center Conway to North Woodstock, just south of Franconia Notch. Passing through the White Mountain National Forest, it is considered one of the most scenic highways in the U.S. and offers a number of interesting stopping off points. This private, non-profit science and educational center is a working observatory designed to measure the unique and often extreme weather conditions on Mount Washington.
The Scenic Inn in Conway, NH is easy to find! Our hotel is located just beyond the intersection of Routes 16/113 and 153. The hotel is close to all of North Conway's attractions, just a few minutes drive to the famous Kancamagus Highway, and an easy drive to the White Mountain National Forest and Mount Washington.

Very quiet and clean room. Only reason I didn't give it a 5. Is it is a little out dated but is like being home for us. Love the two different types of beds to give you a preference either firm or not so firm. Will definitely stay here again. Great location. Staff was very nice. Thank you!

My cousin got married at the lake on Saturday October 15th and my boyfriend and I needed a place to stay nearby. On the hotel website that I regularly use, The Scenic Inn of Conway was the only option that didn't have the word "motel" in the name. Since it was twice the cost of the surrounding lodgings, I figured that spending $250 on one night there would be an acceptable splurge, since it was bound to be a luxurious getaway. And listen, I'm not a picky picky princess: I camp, I've gone on road trips where I slept in my car, and I'm no stranger to cheap motels of

What a find stumbling across this place! With the price so low, I was pleasantly shocked that it was so clean, comfortable and well-decorated, and the staff was so friendly and hospitable.

The front desk opens at 7:00am but when I told the person on the phone that I'd need to check out earlier than that, he offered to arrive early just for me. And he did. Plus, this was on New Year's Day so I can only guess it was miserable to get up so early.

And like I said, the prices are unbelievably low. I booked right off of their own site and not any discount travel sites. The price I got was

Decided to spend a night in North Conway as I haven't been up north in awhile, and my boyfriend had never been to the White Mountains. While searching for hotels and rooms to book, the Scenic Inn instantly caught my eye. Great prices, great location, and great reviews on other Trip Review sites. We generally only stay in chain hotels when we travel, but I think our night here might change our mind going forward! We were greeted at the front door instantly when we checked-in and were told basic details about the Inn. The lady (I wish I got her name since she was SO nice) then asked if we had

What a wonderful place to stay! We had a spacious room with 2 beds and a decent lounge chair where my son bunked, a clean bathroom, seriously cute porch overlooking the fall colors, awesome wifi and very nice owners! There was even hot coffee in the am! And the price was right for what we needed!

My wife and I stayed here over Labor day weekend. My room was super clean with mini fridge and microwave. We stayed on second floor and had chairs and a table to enjoy sitting out. The owner Sue is very nice and friendly. I have stayed in a lot of hotels/motels and none compare to how friendly and clean this small inn is. Thank you Sue for the great experience and friendly service.

My dau. lives and breathes just outside Boston and the air is not always so fresh. My NYC son, dau. and I decided to trek to Salem, MA and then take the scenic drive through The White Mtn. Nat. Park near N.Conway, NH. Conway was the perfect stop over location. The Scenic Inn is mom and pop run and they have a little bark-less dog too.The morning after we checked in, I watched as they carefully planted flowers in a raised bed. They were more than accommodating. Ice was easy accessed by a back door to the room. The bed was comfortable and fresh with cotton linens. It hugged my tired body like it
