Just a beautiful 30 minute drive to North Conway, passing by amazing swimming holes, Appalachia trail hiking, world class road cycling and breath taking views of the Presidential Range including Mt Washington.

What a nice place. Me and my wife are road tripping through New England from Pennsylvania with no reservations. Showed up here at 10pm asked for a room and were accommodated. For the price we didn't expect much, but we're blown away with how nice, clean, and comfortable the rooms were. Thanks for the room. I will be back next time I'm in the area!

Loved this place!! Tiffany treated us like old friends, and quickly checked us in. We had a great conversation at check in. The rooms are redone and are very nice. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable of our entire trip from Florida to Maine. Towels were fluffy, sheets were soft. I would definitely stay here again if I pass through.

Mount Madison has been the ONLY hotel we have ever stayed anytime we head to NH. This is why it disheartens me to write this review. We have always had nothing short of a great experience anytime we stayed here; clean rooms, friendly staff,etc. The last two times we have reserved a room, there was nothing but complications. We like to bring our dog along on our trip, however he gets very nervous around new/too many people. Therefore, extra measures are always taken to ensure a less stressful environment for all of us. A request was made for a room on the first level, closer to if not next to the

Based on other reviews, there must be an old side and a newer side of this motel.....and we must have been in the old side (room 105). The negatives: Very musty and old smelling (it was honestly terrible). You could hear every truck and train that went by almost as if you left the door open. Once we turned on our sound machine and the fan on the AC, regular vehicles could not be heard but we could still hear the louder trucks easily. The positives: room is spacious, bathroom was clean, staff was pleasant, room was pitch black at night, and price was reasonable.

Rooms were a good size and nice and clean. Beds and linens were comfortable. We slept 2 adults, 3 kids (one in a pack and play) and there was more than plenty of room. The mini fridge and microwave were clean and newer. Pool looked nice but we didn't have time to use. Would definitely highly recommend.

The room was very clean , laundry room was clean and organized. The door to our room wouldn't lock properly so we used the deadbolt and the water never seemed to get hot enough for me but it was warm enough to shower quickly. You will definitely hear trucks going by during the night. This place is good for a night or two for the price.

We stayed here when we went to Mt. Washington. Small, quaint motel 15 minutes from Mt. Washington. We loved it. The rooms were very nice and neat. We got there right before the front office closed and the person by the front desk left an envelope with our room key taped to the door. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
