Jason inspected a home that we are in the process purchasing. He was responsive, thorough, practical, and efficient. He answered questions as we walked with him throughout the house, and helped to identify significant issued that needed to be addressed and other things to simply be aware of. His report was comprehensive and timely.

Jason was very fast to respond to my inquiry for a home inspection. We are first time home buyers and he was able to explain things to us so that we could understand and follow along easily. The report was available for us within 1 business day and advised us that we could call if we had any further questions. I was very impressed with his service and highly recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection in Southern VT and NH.

10 out of 10! Jason was not only obviously extremely knowledgeable but also very helpful in explaining and pointing out the little things. I’m moving from a newer home to one a little older that has many quirks and small things that need to be fixed or updated and without his thorough inspection and explanations I wouldn’t know where to begin. Jason was so easy to work with and took the time to make sure we knew what we needed to know about our new home! I felt like this was not only an educational experience, but he was also truly genuine!

Jason was responsive, punctual, courteous, and provided a home inspection report that was very detailed and easy to understand. This is the first time in my experience where the inspector collected water samples and placed the radon test kit in advance so that results would be ready as soon as the rest of the inspection was completed. Throughout the inspection process, Jason was very thorough , noticed many details, and did not hesitate to climb under porches and into the nooks and crannies of the basement and the attic. He answered all of my questions and had a polite and friendly demeanor. Overall

This was my first experience with any home inspection, not just with Cheshire. Jason was super knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing as we walked through a 3 unit property I was buying.
The report he generated was very thorough, and not only did he and it exceed my expectations, I also came away from the experience with a lot more knowledge than I went in with.

Cool guy that seems to really have an eye for spotting things that aren’t quite quality. Not afraid to climb into attics and scope things out or climb up on the roof without a qualm. He brought to my attention multiple things I needed to know and options i can look into when dealing with them. Good sense of humor and seems trustworthy.

Jason was awesome about getting the inspection done in a timely manner. Great communication which made it a lot easier because we couldn't physically attend the inspection. His thorough inspection saved us from making a terrible decision on buying a house that looked too good to be true (which it was) and saved us a lot of money. Definitely would recommend him and we will definitely contact him again when we're ready to house search again.

Highly recommended! Most thorough and knowlowgable inspection we have had out of the 16 homes we have purchased and have had inspected by others over the last 33 years. Jason Frost is extraordinarily skilled regarding all aspects of a house structure and the issues related to the building. No detail or issue was ignored. This was an old house with any number of issues obvious and others not at all obvious. From foundation to roof and all in between no part of the house escaped Jason's scrutiny.
