I had a great experience with Norway Hill and Jakob Snell. Within 24 hours of calling them they were at the home doing a thorough full inspection. The report was extremely detailed with pictures. All my questions were answered on the spot and they took my call the next day for follow-up questions. The entire process was extremely smooth and they responded to all my calls within minutes. Mold test and radon test came back very quick and faster than they quoted me. I highly recommend Norway Hill and Jakob!

They came out to inspect a home my husband and I are under contract to buy. They talked us through the entire process and answered all of our questions. Ian gave us a crash course in how to take care of our septic tank and Jakob walked us through the entire home inspection. They were so kind, understanding and professional. 10/10 already recommended to a friend. Also Jakob got us our report within 24 hours. Hugely helpful!!!!

Experts of their craft! The whole crew is polite and professional. A true delight to work with. The inspection was very thorough. The report did not just highlight major issues. It also addressed small fixes that could be a part of routine maintenance to a home. It was like a blueprint for how to keep a home from falling apart. I would recommend them to every one for their next home purchase or even just to get to know your current home better.

Fantastic Job! They drove all the way out to Bethel, Vermont way in the woods after me calling two days prior. Conducted a thorough inspection and THEN, went over important/critical findings with me. On top of that, they talked about general maintenance I should consider with owning a septic and well system. Valuable INFO!! The next day I received a detailed report with not only those items discussed, but general recommendations on some home items I should maintain, fix, and consider throughout my ownership. The report was not just about what is major issues now to fix. I can now plan general maintenance

This is my second experience with Norway Hill Home Inspections & I couldn't have been more pleased. Communication is excellent - very friendly & pleasant on the phone. You also get email & text updates. Jakob is prompt, friendly, professional, and thorough. The inspection report was very thorough and easy to read including pictures & suggestions for follow up. The individual who did the septic evaluation was also excellent. Friendly and informative. And he left my yard looking like no digging had ever occurred. They were even courteous regarding bringing clean back up shoes or removing their shoes

From the initial call to setup my inspection, to the final wrap up discussion of the findings, Norway Hill was more than I had ever expected! The office personnel were very accommodating, professional & informative. Kurt & Rich were absolutely wonderful and made the entire situation such a positive experience. I worked with Norway Hill Home on inspecting a house in VT. I think I ordered every service they had. They were on time and very respectful. Some places where they did really great are. 1) able to be accommodating with my schedule. 2) The reports were very detailed and had lots of pictures which was very helpful. 3) The reports have easy color coding to help understand the nature of issue. 4) They are very responsive on the phone and email! The house we are buying needs a lot of work and it was good to see all the items they picked up on, so did our contractor and they picked up on a few things
