Had a dead car battery while on vacation the morning we were leaving Sugarloaf. Super friendly on the phone and up front about cost. Someone was there within 30 minutes. I wouldn't say it was cheap, but worth it for the quick service!

2 and a half hours to get my vehicle out of their lot after being towed. This was after cops were called because they stopped taking my calls asking for somebody anyone to show up and let me pay to get my car out (379$ only take cash) when driver shows up says I'm lying and that he was here and I wasn't which makes no sense as I was sitting outside front door entire time. Driver don was trying to instigate an issue when all I wanted was to pay and leave. I could go on about more wrong doing by them in the one visit I had but really and simply Tow company's get a bad wrap this one

Horrible business run by criminals and liars. The owner Mark and his lowlife wife will lie, give you 1 price and charge another. Once they have your car they think they can charge whatever they want. I was told 1 price and charged more than triple upon arrival. They started to fight with me and it got ugly, the owner is such a punk he called the cops which he has on speed dial, Complete thieves, as you can see all 1 star reviews says a lot! Karma is a B! You WILL get what you have coming to you! I curse you with a lifetime of misery and disgust! Oh wait that's how you live already.....

I'm a first responder and was staying in the quarry apartments in key west as a guest. Due to the virus I decided to stay close to work in case they needed extra man power. The apartments right now is currently doing renovations and they are re doing the pavement so they placed no parking signs all over the guest and parking lots, only leaving the garage to park. The association a week prior sent out a letter saying people may park wherever is available so I parked in the garage. This tow company showed up at 11pm while I was asleep before going into work at 5am and towed my truck. I called

My fiancé's car was towed which was his fault. Over the phone, they seemed to be extremely helpful! But once we actually got in the facility it was one particular employee who was extremely rude and stand-offish. The original lady who was helping us was multitasking but tried her best to handle everything on her own. From the phone calls to the clients. A younger, heavier set lady came in and from the very first interaction, her tone was immediately offensive. I offered to help her with the 5 bags she was carrying because she looked like she could use a hand and she completely snapped at

Anchor towing picked up my 25000 excavator whom my worker moved from his property to the side of the road and did not let me know. They had it 2 weeks and then put it up for auction. Even though it had for sale signs and registered to me, I was never contacted. I found out Anchor Towing had the excavator the day before auction, agreed to pay them the fees and fines of $4790. They refused to give me my excavator. This has been reported to the BBB and I am filing a civil case. I moved the excavator and myself to the Keys after the hurricane last year to volunteer for hurricane clean up with FEMA

We had a break down coming out of the keys.

Marc Jester (fitting last name) showed up to tow our vehicle & he was very nice as he hooked up our vehicle.

we gave the lady in his office (who I found out later was his wife, Ruthelen) a credit card number over the phone and then he demanded cash.

we told him we already paid the office and he said they only work in cash.

then he called the police on us, who went right along w/ him (small townville down there) and he towed our vehicle to their lot....charging us mileage.

the next day we had to pay to get our vehicle out of their yard
