Unfortunately I did not receive a name, refused to want to talk to the guy considering how ridiculous he was being. Making jokes saying our car will be done for, the fix will be expensive even though we explained our situation multiple times, had it checked, knew what it needed just waited a little too long due to our guy needing another day to work on it. Laughed while saying when we got the car probably because our license plates being temps (have had our car for over 6 months, investigation going on with the company we were supposed to receive license plates). Cant even maintain their own vehicles. Their truck broke down on the way to get my car. I am still waiting for the towing truck after an hour and a half. Had to call the dispatch person three times before I got,an answer and when,she answered she unenthusiastically told me about the truck breaking down she was going,to let me wait another 45 minutes without calling me while the truck was broken down. Absolutely embarassing. I would rather pay for a tow from,somewhere else than use this company thru the insurance.

Our family vehicle was hit by a deer on Christmas night and needed a vehicle to be towed. The sheriff's office had contacted Gopher Towing and was on site very quickly. In the near zero temperature, Steve from Gopher working quickly and efficiently to get the vehicle off the highway.
He allowed us to time to remove the holiday packages to another vehicle.
The next day, Eric and Steve met us at their facility to remove additional items from our family vehicle, as it was unbearably cold the night before.
I want to say thank you to Eric and Steve for helping us during this difficult situation.
