I went to this facility to have my tooth extracted. They did xrays and a consultation and made a suggestion that l should do implants to replace a tooth . They made no attempts to remove the tooth. Then they referred me to an oral surgeon. I set an appointment with them and on the day l was going there thinking the tooth was being removed l was told l am getting another evaluation only! I only went to Cherokee Smiles because they advertised themselves as a same day emergency service. I have been in pain for almos a week and have yet to have the tooth removed. I wish l had waited and gone to a regular

This is my first time going back to the dentist in a very long time. They treated me as if I was a friend (very professional though). They told me exactly what I needed to do to get my teeth back on track in the best way possible. They were never rude to me and allowed me to ask any question if i was concerned or confused with anything. They also recommended me many great products to continue the care for my teeth. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

While everyone at this office is incredibly friendly and seems to be helpful, they seemed to have wasted a lot of time while I was waiting in pain. I called for an emergency extraction on Saturday and they were able to get me in within a couple of hours. After I had hung up from making the appointment, I was called back and told that, if I could make it in earlier, they would get in me in when I could come. I was ecstatic! I'm in pain and they will fix me faster? WIN! Nope. I was able to make it to the office 30 mins earlier and waited AFTER my original appointment time to even be taken back to

I have been using Cherokee Smiles for a few years. Great Staff I had an Appointment for today 2/20/2019 for routine teeth cleaning. I showed up then get told we don’t take your insurance at this time. Mind you no one has said a word about new dentist or change in insurance that they take. I’m thinking after driving from 45 miles from Rome Ga to… Acworth/Woodstock fine I’ll just pay cash. NOPE they tell me I have to join this organization and then they can give me a discount and then discount will be covered in there first bill. This group per the print is $99.00 but they
