I had called to have an estimate for a roof repair that was leaking through my bathroom ceiling. I was told that Chris would be there at 3pm to do estimate. He called that day and said he couldn’t make it because he had to pick his kid up at school. I was unavailable to be there but he said that was not necessary. He left me a brochure sheet from the company and handwritten was an estimate for $27,000 at the bottom. It stated to replace all 3 skylights and both sections of my roof even though one section and two skylights were fine. When I contacted him he told me, and I quote, “It’s an insurance

Job was done very well once they started the actual work. The only issue we had was getting the job started. Contract was signed in late April 2021 with down payment applied on May 5, 2021. We were informed completion would be done by end of June. We heard nothing from Rott until I made several phone calls to them and the job was finally started on July 15. Job was completed and well done on July 23, 2021.

Rain for days, i text them and they came out within an hour. We had a leak going from roof to basement. Hopefully the caulk they put in the roof will hold. Time will tell.They put on our roof in 2007. Very professional,fast and great response at answering texts. Keep up the good work !!

This is a great local company that has been in business over 100 years. They know their business and will take care of your home just like it is their own. They will do it right the first time. The installers and ALL of their staff are kind, pleasant, friendly and polite. No question is too big or too small. PLEASE do NOT "hire a fly-by-nighter". Get it done right the first time, Call Rott!
