WHERE ARE THE NEGATIVE STARS?! We booked this for our wedding. They were our getaway car. They NEVER showed up. We had no car with us at our wedding venue, all of our parent cars were packed full from the reception. We had to have a guest take us back home. When my wedding coordinator tried to call, it went straight to voicemail after calling several times. This service literally left us stranded at our wedding. DO NOT USE THEM.

If I could leave NEGATIVE stars I would.Hired them for a one way trip to pick us up at our wedding and take us back to the hotel confirmed the appointment through email but THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! WE WERE ALMOST STRANDED IN THE COUNTRY ! They did not answer phone when called super unprofessional DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE!

Very upset customer, Will not use ever again nor recommend, very poor communication and false information by driver. No refund was ever made!! Especially not something we wanted for the day of our wedding!!! We used this company for service two vehicles for one way trip to our wedding ceremony for the groom and groomsmen (8miles away).We were charged total amount originally 160. As you know unexpected things may happen on wedding days so as groomsmen arrived to church they realized they have forgotten something. The DRIVER over heard and offered to take them back and not to worry about it. Only

Absolutely incredible ! I look forward to getting a reservation with Katy Express. They have been there even when the flight was more than 12 hours late. I ordered a stretch limo for my wife's birthday and our experience was amazing! the black limo we got was super clean designed with two bars that were filled up with ice, water, and soda! the driver was very professional regarding everything and most importantly his driving. we were completely satisfied! looking forward to using your services again and we will definitely spread the word to our contacts! thanks again
