The staff was very friendly and knew exactly what we needed. We used them for pickup from the Hobby Airport to our hotel the day before our cruise. They were there when we got off the plane waiting for us in baggage claim. We also booked them for our way back to Hobby from the airport. We had marked an 11am pickup, as we did not know how long debarking our ship would take. While we were on board waiting to debark they contacted us to verify pickup and informed us to give them a 10 minute heads up and they’d be there early since they knew we were on a cruise. This is our family’s 2nd time using this limo service. We are a family of 4 with two little ones. I like the ease of booking online and getting confirmation through email. Also, if you need, they have variety of car seats depending on your needs. They have cars of different sizes and can fit as much luggage as you will need. We had the same driver for both times, and he was very professional, punctual, and nice. I highly suggest booking with them and will continue to for a smooth transfer to airport with my family.

Needed to provide a romantic surprise for my lady upon my return from deployment and she was happy with it all “driver was very funny and pleasant! I felt like a princess!!” (Her words) He was prompt, friendly and even helped me find a local florist to have a bouquet waiting for her before she got in to pick me up from Bush International. He took us to eat and then to our hotel afterwards and the commute was really smooth. I give my highest recommendation for them and without question I will use them again! Outstanding All Around Service and great rates!
