Avan Construction was founded in 2005 by brothers Sati and Sasha Yuksek. Both grew up in Houston and graduated from The Awty International School. Sati went on to earn an engineering degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology and Sasha graduated with a degree in entrepreneurship from top ranked Babson College in Massachusetts.
The combination of their knowledge, skills, and experience is the driving force behind the company. Avan Construction carries $1,000,000 in general liability insurance which protects and insures our work. We also carry workers' compensation insurance and have commercial automobile liability on all of our vehicles.

Absolutely 💯% professional, I am a Licensed Professional Engineer and everything they did was professional and in a timely fashion. We needed a bunch of things done to our house when we moved in, Avan provided us with two walk throughs to discuss what we wanted and what we could do with in our budget. Demoing a wall, matching trim work, painting, replacing flooring, and numerous other things. I have discussed with them a few more items to do in the future including a full kitchen remodel. 100% would use again and have referred them to friends.

Three expressions that I am relieved to say best describe our recent remodel by Avan construction - on time, on budget and excellent craftsmanship! While I know that in the scope of things ours was a relatively small project, to my wife and I remodeling and essentially repurposing the entire back half of our house was both a major and intimidating undertaking. I was therefore reassured and encouraged when Sati, one of the owners of Avan, initially visited several times personally to carefully review the project. If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. Absolutely the worst home builder ever. We bought a luxury home from Sati and Sasha Yusek and we have had more hell with it than you could imagine. Our whole downstairs floor is already apart... holes EVERYWHERE. We got a lawyer involved and Sasha acted like his horrible construction wasn't his problem. We had to go through a mediator and he determined they should fix it. Sasha spent over 6 months of saying "we will fix it and be there tomorrow"... He would never show. When he finally did show, we were 100% certain the people he had come fix it
