I went with Marwood Construction on my kitchen remodel. I had some special requests and Patrick was there to help me. He was very professional, communicative and friendly. He and his team were wonderful, always on time, worked hard every day and were very respectful to my home. The project was complete on time and within my budget. Everything went smooth and my kitchen turned out great. I highly recommend Marwood Construction, they provide excellent quality at very reasonable costs!

This contractor, PATRICK MARTIN, MARWOOD CONSTRUCTION is a scam and not worth even one star. Martin unethically scammed and received funds without purchasing materials and without providing services. Additionally the services he provided had to be corrected and redone after he was fired. Took our funds and used for his personal use. Stay away from this scammer. We’ve retained an attorney and have filed a lawsuit against Marwood Construction and Martin personally. Currently in litigation. Totally unethical!

Patrick was absolutely fantastic! I was out of state when my relative's home was damaged storm. I contacted Marwood Construction on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend, and he took the time to call me back personally to see how Marwood could help. Then he drove all the way over to the property and showed me everything on video, so he could make sure the property was safe before the holiday. Bonus! Marwood provided the best bid for the repairs! I cannot recommend this place enough. Service and quality above and beyond. Thanks Patrick!

Patrick and his team at Marwood Construction have done a tremendous job at changing the whole aura of the house I live in.
