Do you guys want to deal with nastiest, dirtiest person in all of Miami's tire industry.. Then you found the right place. This guy had the biggest attitude over then phone he basically hung up on because I was confirming the price. Then I sent my dad to buy the tires and this old man who looked like a homeless person (not sure if it was the owner) started cursing and screaming telling my dad he had no business in the office. In other words we are not customers but THEIVES who went to rob his store. He told my dad he did have the tires and they closed at 5. My dad no longer wanted to get them because

Extremely poor customer service.. even for miami standards. Owner brushed multiple clients away at the same time by literally saying 'No' when they asked for a tire patch or replacement. There are multiple tire shops in the area... Recommend staying away from this one. Good luck!

Horrible horrible place and the worse customer service by the OWNER! Bought 2 NEW tires 6 months ago and this is what they look like today! Went back he gave me every excuse in the book and then tried charging me $120 for USED tires said that was his cost and he was “helping”. Save you time and money and go to a real mechanic, sometimes a few extra bucks goes a long way! Mind you I gave 2 good year tires in the front which I got 2 months prior to these and are in perfect condition!!!

Took my car for my 3rd ac inspection because I wanted alternatives. They were fast and recognized my issue real quick. Rather than try and rip me off, they explained why they couldn't help me with my ac issue and gave me reasons why and what I should do. I appreciate that they at least didn't try and rob me of my money like the other 2 places did when I took for an inspection.

First off, ALL of the 5 star reviews are when this place was called MR GOMA. This is now under new ownership and called Mr. Tire Automotive.
I came here TODAY with my parents. I drove a Z3 and they brought a 5 series BMW to have the tires changed. Upon arriving I see the owner, an Argentinian man, and we say hello. I go up to him, as he's just standing around not doing anything, and ask him if he's able to check a set of tires I brought just to see if they're in good shape. That is when his attitude changed and very rudely he yelled that I needed to wait my turn. I ignore the attitude

I came here because I had a tire that was losing air, told the guy to help me and he gladly did, he could not find were the tire had the punch and told me that because of the cold temperature tires tend to loose presure and recomended me to put nitrous in my tires and i sure did, his name was Jesus, they charged me $40 dollars for this service, 2 days after the tire started loosing presure again but i could not pass by their place until after 4 days because that mr tire is far from my house. This place is awesome ! The services and the staff, the manager Jesus is a pleasure. He truly made my experience as easy and economical as possible,he really looks out for the best interest of the customer. Paying for 4 brand new tires and feeling like I really got a bargain at this place thanks to Jesus. Thank again for a pleasant experience! 8 1/2 HOURS TO CHANGE 4 TIRES!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! I arrived at 9:30 in the morning and there was no one there so they pulled my car right in. The guy said it would take an hour to do the tire change and two hours to change my brakes so I told him don't bother with the brakes just do the tire change because I had to be at work at 12. 12:15 comes around and the guy tells me that they broke a bolt on my tire so the mechanic went to go get one. Long story short I didn't leave until 5:58 PM. I remember the exact minute that I left because I had been there all day and got in trouble with my boss

This MR. GOMA location ruined my driver side rear wheel and didn't even get an apology for the damage or asked me how to make things better to resolve it. Instead the manager FITZ just denied it and was not courteous enough to care about the wheel damage.
