SLO Tow is the best especially Rob. I was a few hours from home when I broke down. I called SLO Tow and Rob came to my rescue. He made me feel better about my bad situation he was extra helpful at the mechanic shop and he even gave me a ride to the car rental. I would definitely recommend SLO Tow for your towing needs.

My car broke down in SLO and I am from out of town. My insudance company arranged a tow with SLO Tow. Robert with SLO Tow was 25 minutes earlier than he was scheduled to arrive at my vehicle . He was awesome, kind and did an absolute stellar job of keeping my car safe. he safely towed my vehicle with my husband and I inside my car on top of his tow truck because we did not have masks :) he let us sit in my car with our seatbelts on rather than call a Lyft. He was so careful removing my car and us :) from his truck! Hands down best tow experience I've ever had! Thank you Robert.

After dropping off my daughter at a friend’s house down a long gravel road, I reached down for my purse and drifted into a small ditch on the side of the road. My attempts to get out only worsened the situation. I called SLO Tow and the receptionist was so kind and helpful, even calling me back when I accidentally hung up on her when my husband called to see what was going on. The tow truck driver (Robert Hart) was there In Half an hour and was so personable, professional and calming. I was mortified, but his calm demeanor helped me so much. My truck was pulled out no problem snd all is well

Had a flat tire on a cross country MC trip on a Sunday. Most bike shops are closed on Sunday and Monday. Argh!! The driver, I SERIOUSLY wish I could remember his name because he deserves the shout out, dropped me at my hotel in Morro Bay, then dropped my bike off at a friend's shop. He then sent me pictures of the bike sitting at the shop door safe and sound. It was done by 1:15 Monday.... Awesome.... That is all....

After waiting for over 2 hours for AAA towing assistance with no ETA in sight, I decided to look for towing service independently. I found SLO Tow, I received a quote and ETA. Driver called within 10 minute to acknowledge order and advised quote was incorrect (it was more). At this point I just wants to get off the freeway. Accepted new quote. Driver arrived within time frame. He was very polite, professionally and quick. I was extremely happy with their handling of my vehicle and my overall service. One star remove for the price quote change

My guy was outstanding. My '08 Jaguar had the break stuck and I couldn't get it to move forward or backward. He was able to free the wheels and get it on the carrier for its trip to Santa Barbara for repair. Some way in the process the keys to the Jag got switched with my others car. TOTALLY MY FAULT!!! He was able to get the car to the dealership without the keys. And I finally got to the dealership with the keys still not believing I had done such a stupid thing. Nonetheless, my guy handled it with out a problem. Just another great example how the network networking of out

I needed a 180-mile tow, and couldn't find anyone in the area to do it. Rob from SLO Tow picked up my car within an hour. Great response. Rob was so nice and helpful and drove all the way from San Luis Obispo to Big Sur to rescue us after our car hit a piece of metal on the highway and made a hole in the oil pan. San Luis Obispo Towing came to the rescue after a very long week of breakdowns for my Volvo XC-90. This was the 2nd break of my cv axle replacement in less than a tank of gas. I was lucky on my first break as I was able to drive to the auto repair shop in Fresno. After spending 2 nights in a Covid-19 limited hotel while the shop replaced my axle with an after market part, we made it to Yosemite for 2 nights. On our way home, my new cv axle replacement part broke again! Again, I was lucky to find a large pullout on HWY 41 before the grade into Morro Bay. I called my insurance roadside assistance

My car broke down about 40 miles outside of Cambria on Highway 1. No cell service, had to borrow a phone to call AAA and get a ride to Gorda. At Gorda, the pay phone rang and it was Rob from SLO tow who assured me he would be there in 1.5 hr...and he was! Got us back down to Cambria and car was fixed by the next morning. Rob was super nice and really went the extra distance to make sure we were take care of...and reasonably priced!

Had a horrible morning as I totaled my car as I hit a deer on 101 in the middle of literally no where. Rob was my driver who spent a good chunk of his Sunday morning picking my car up and towing it back to Santa Maria. He was not only reliable, timely and very efficient but also kind and considerate. This can be a very traumatic experience and as rotten as it was I feel so blessed to have had such amazing service. Hopefully you'll never need a tow but if you do this is one of the best!!
