I am a chaplain but visited a resident as a friend, meaning casually dressed with no labels. I heard employees speaking to residents with such dignity. It was a beautiful facility, very clean and it smells good. I've met a lot of nice people, made a lot of good friends, all the nurses are excellent and I love the activities!

These are the rudest people I have ever talked to. Trying to reach a patient there and was told they couldn't do that when questioned she hung up on me.

I am too mad to leave a review in this moment. The words im capable of expressing would be a little much in this moment. I will surely leave my feedback once I calm down a few days from now. I believe it would be unfair to react out of emotions solely.

This place is totally unacceptable. The administration is inept & incompetent. My MIL was there following hip surgery for rehab. After 10 days we were told, with 48 hours notice, that she had to be discharged when she still could not get up alone yet. When I confronted the social worker about it she told me her time that the insurance had allowed her was up & she had to leave & that there was nothing that could be done about it & that we could not appeal the decision. They didn't get her to a doctor's appointment when she was scheduled. Everytime I asked about anything I was told "it's not our

Please do not subject your aging loved one to the employees of this facility! Our 92 year old mother was placed there for rehab after a fall and a week in the hospital. With the COVID 19 regulations in place, were not allowed to be with her or see her, which is not the facility's fault, but they should have some way of keeping the family informed of their loved ones condition. We could get no info, other than"she's fine." No one ever did what they said they would do. They never return phone calls. When we were able to speak to our mother, which wasn't often, she would cry and asked us to please

This is the worst facility in Little Rock. We took our grandmother out after than 24 hours. She came in with a broken hip and fractured shoulder on the same side. The used a lift to put her in the bed which could have caused her hope to come back out or place. The told us they did not know how to transfer and didn't know what a two person transfer was! Each time they tried to get her out of bed they went to grab her shoulder. They tried to put the belt around her hips to pull her out of bed. The staff is totally useless and untrained. The administration when confronted with our concerns basically

I don’t understand some of the reviews I have read. My mother was in this facility for rehab for 7+ weeks and received excellent care. The rehab therapists did an excellent job and provided specific individual treatments for her needs. She left in better shape than she had been in 8 months.

This nursing home takes awful care of its residents. The aids will not bathe a resident for almost a week, they introduce new skin tears on aging skin frequently and neglect infected wounds for weeks. They will not respond to complaints about these matters and they completely disrespect the life that is living and trying to regain strength in their nursing home. I’m astonished that this place can treat people so inhumanely. They just want to make money. Please don’t send your loved ones here.

My father-in-law was placed at colonel Glenn for rehab with the knowledge of long term care. He has been in a private Room It is a must for any nursing facility that they family remains active to know what is going on and bring it to their attention if needed., the only reason I rated 4 stars is for the turn over of staff. He has Received good care. If we have an issue we go straight to the patient advocate Or his nurse and it is quickly resolved. It is a must with any nursing facility that that family stay interactive to know what is going on with their loved one

My MIL was just accepted a couple of days ago. She has a private room based on her condition! It’s very nice and clean! Small couch and breakfast table are in the room. She is British so she likes that they have BBC America! Seems like they have plenty of staff. Hoping therapy will begin tomorrow. Will revisit this post once her rehab is close to finishing.

My mother was at Col Glenn Rehab after her knee replacement became infected. She was non-weight bearing. The Physical Therapy department was great. However, all of the nursing and nurse support staff were awful, with the exception of 2 nurses. They did everything in their power to make things right but too many things were going extremely wrong. I will never allow a family member of mine to go here again. Which is sad because it is a beautiful facility and conveniently located.
