I took my 2022 silverado new style truck to get a lift installed . Man, they did an awesome job also with a good price .

Where to begin with my experience with Prime. First off I want to say Thank You to Lee and his awesome staff.
I walked in and was greeted immediately by Lee and I let him know I wanted to do a lift on my Jeep and he got to work on putting something together for me. The whole process was super quick from ordering to the installation.
When I tell you these guys go above and beyond for their customers, best believe it!
They gave me my customized Jeep of my dreams ❤️
From the 35”s tires to my Wicked 22”s wheels and my 4 inch lift I am a very HAPPY customer 😁 Very highly recommended if

Unfortunately the vehicle I recently purchased needed a full makeover. Tires, oil change, etc. I found this shop through word of mouth and had to see what it was about for myself. Come to find out my grandparents go there. Now when I arrived I was greeted promptly. I didn’t yet have insurance on my vehicle so I was on a budget. The owner/manager worked with me as much as possible to get me safely on the road again. I was able to buy 3 used tires that looked practically new. While waiting they assured me they could also change my oil for little to nothing compared to the other shops. They also

Impressive place. Called around and sent emails to about 6 different places throughout Houston trying to find a 6" lift kit. Most of them flat out told me it can't be done same day let alone within the week. Another one wanted 50% payment before even ordering the part or setting up appointments. After giving up, Lee reached out to me and contacted me about an email conversation about a pricing quote. Very down to earth and realistic people to deal with. Used to go here for used tires. Just get a decent tire, decent price. This last time, the guy tries to tell me all tires are bad, & that they could blow out any time on the freeway. I tell him I only have money to replace the bad tire. Other tires look OK, still have at least 1/3 life. He still wants to sell me all new tires, was gonna give me a "good deal", & asks me a few times if I can fill out a credit app. He obviously trying to get as much $ out of me as he can, instead of my best interests. I'm sure he'll try that with you, so stay away. BTW, those "good deal" tires - I saw them on Walmart
